I have three pieces of land. On one piece of land, I have decided to establish a Hifzul Quran Madrasa, and as for the other two pieces, my plan is that if my money is not enough for the construction of the madrasa, I will sell those to meet the cost. Am I to give zakah on these three pieces of land?

In the question mentioned above, there is no zakah on any of the three pieces of land.
