Is it permissible for a Muhrim to put Stitches of thread in the lungi (bottom part of the Ihram cloth)?

Asalamualaikum 1-If theres a fear of Satar opening up is it permissible for a Muhrim to put Stitches of thread in the lungi(bottom part of the Ihram cloth)?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 1146/1146=M/1430)

It is allowable.
