(1)I am a muslim student studying in Delhi.And my hometown is in Bihar.I go to my home during summer vacation. My question is that can i offer 2 rakats salah or normal rakats? (2)And If I come back to Delhi in Between for 3/4 days what will be number of rakats in namaz.

You will have to offer full salah in your native place (Bihar) though you intend to stay there for less than fifteen days. Once you return to Delhi if you intend to stay there for less than fifteen days then you will do Qasr.
