If we have to keep fast on 13,14,15 of each month is it OK to follow calender date as we don’t know moon seen or not or there any source or web site from which we can check it?

The calendar date is generally correct, but sometimes it is different too; therefore it is better to confirm the same with any local religious alim. However, every Muslim should be aware of the lunar calendar.
