Talaaq of a man who is affected by black magic and jinn

Q: What happens if your husband has black magic or a jin when he gives you 3 talaaqs? Will the talaaqs stand if it was said under complusion? How would one know what happens after that?

Bismillaah

A: As long as the husband is behaving like a person that is in his senses then his talaaqs are valid. If he is like a human in his senses and awake then his utterance will be valid.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
