Wife not wishing to remain in the nikaah

Q: What should a husband do when his wife gets married without divorce?

Bismillaah

A: Despite the husband exhausting all efforts in trying to resolve the marital problems, if the wife does not wish to remain in the nikaah, the husband should divorce her with respect so that after spending the iddat she may continue with her life.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
