1. I have purchased a flat constructed and sold by the government in Delhi. The condition by the authority is that we cannot extend or add any balcony to our flats. Since there is no external extended balcony provided in our flats. It is one of the requirement for day to day use. The flat owner has constructed extended without taking legal permission from the authority. It it all right( halal) as per our law.

(1) It is not lawful for the owner of the flat to expand against the law on government land.
(2) It is not lawful rather it is haram.
