My child age is 5 years. He is unable to speak properly. He is having the stammering problem due to that reason he cannot speak up properly in school and in front of others. And also he is passing urine in the bed while sleeping. Kindly suggest how to overcome from these issues.

Recite the following verse 21 times and blow on a biscuit and give it to the child to eat.
قَالَ رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي.
If he passes urine in the bed then consult any hakim.
Also recite four Quls while going to bed and blow on the whole body of the boy.
