Is it OK to put right hand on head and recite: (1) Ayatal Kursi and also (2) YA QAYYOOM (eleven times) immediately after every fardh salah?

It is proved to recite some duas passing hands over head thus it is also allowable to recite Ayatal Kursi and Ya Qayyum. But we could not find the proof of reading Ayatal Kursi and Ya Qayyum 11 times by putting right hand over head.
