What should one do if he does not remember who he made gheebat of

Q: I would like to ask what would someone have to do in a situation where he does not remember all the people he has back bited in the past (nor whom) and what to do to gain salvation in this regard.

Bismillaah

A: He should make du`aa on their behalf and ask Allah Ta`ala’s forgiveness as well.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
