    What say the eminent muftis regarding the 401k plan, which is a fund instituted from the government, related to the retirement. Every month some of the income is deducted to deposit that amount in the fund, one can not touch that fund until the age of 59.5, so, the question is when some one receives that amount would he/she have to pay zakat on the received amount immediately or after a complete year of time.

    I want to know weather the money deposited for a girl (amont:50000) for 7 years in indra vikas patr contains more than 50000 after 7 years, so is it permissible to use that extra money got after 7 years. Is it correct to make Dua after faraz namaz, or Dua must be done only after the completion of whole namaz.

    I am looking to buy house. I was told that there are a few bank/financial corporations that offer Islamic Financing. They are: Devon Bank http://www.devonbank.com/popup/Islamic_overview.htm Guidance Financial http://www.guidancefinancial.com/ They provide a rent-to-own option. My concern is that they calculate the rent based on the current interest rates that are set by the Federal Government. As a matter of fact, their rates are higher than a conventional bank. So is it ok get a loan through Guidance or Devon, even though they charging rent based on the current interest rate. Plus they are charging a higher rate than the regular banks. So then what’s the difference between getting a long through Guidance/Devon versus getting a loan from a regular bank. Your input on this will be truly appreciated.

    I have been made aware of a compliance/financial audit job with Federal Reserve. I do have a friend working there who told me that I am qualified for the position there. Federal Reserve is not like a regular bank where it lends money on interest to consumers. It is more of a regulatory body of the Federal Government that governs economy, and other banks for compliance with government regulations. It is the bank that prints currency bills. I am presently working for a large public accounting company and am exclusively working on audits of commercial banks that lends money to consumers on interest. Is it halal for me to accept this kind of Federal Reserve job?

    I came to U.K. on a company for which I have to work after arriving here I came to know that there was no much work in the company. I worked there for only two months after that there was no work there now I am working for a different company. in a internet cafe which not allowed by the government rules in U.K. now I am planning to convert my visa to the company which I am working as nobody back home is earning I and my brother are the only one who work and send money what I have earned till now is it hallal or haram I am working for a internet cafe were people listen songs and watch videos and the use the web cam I work there as a network engineer, my job is to repair the computers if they are not working properly mufti sahab please suggest me what shall I do shall i continue working here till I get another job or shall I leave this job please pray for me as I want to earn hallal income, as everything depends on hallal income I can search other jobs when my visa will converted to highly skilled migrant which I wil be applying inshallah next month so please suggest me what to do jazakallah.
