A Full Brother Disinherits Nephews

A man died and left behind a full brother and nephews. Who is entitled to inherit him (The deceased)?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds. May His peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Mohammad and upon all his family and companions.

If a man died and left behind a brother and nephews, the brother alone is entitled to inherit him, as agreed by the majority of the scholars. And Allah the Almighty knows best.
