Doubts About Spreading Impurity

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Seekersguidance.org
Question: If pure wet feet or pure wet shoes/sandals were to stop on dry impurity, would it transfer? What if there’s no sign of impurity? I’m afraid I spread impurities all over my house because I stepped on a dry impurity with wet sandals, and I walked all over my house with it. But there were no visible traces of impurity on my sandals. Please help.
Answer:
As long as you did not actually observe impurity or smell it, then it is considered non-existent from the perspective of legal purity (Imdad al-Fattah, 80).
If you prayed on a surface which you think may have been impure, your prayers are still valid.
The only certainty would be considered in this regard.
If you still feel uncomfortable, just wash the bottom of your shoes and mop your floors.
Allah is ash-Shakur, the One appreciative of the deeds of His servants.
