Q: Celebrating pahela boishak the first day of Bangla year is halaal or not?

Bismillaah

A: In Islam we are strictly prohibited from emulating the kuffaar in their celebrations and ceremonies. Hence a Muslim should refrain from this.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
