Unjustly occupying another shareholders property

Q: After the division of inherited property, if someone occupies other shareholder’s area and does not let the other use his/her share/area then what is the Shar’ee ruling?

Bismillaah

A: He has got the right to evacuate him and he also has the right to charge him a rental.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
