Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is there a mention of kalima-e-taiba (full kalima) in the holy Qur’an? If yes, where and if no then in which book is it mentioned?

Bismillaah

A: In the 23rd para the kalimah comes and in the 26th para the risaalat i.e. Muhammadur Rasulullah appears.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
