Imaan of a person who wants to die and go to Jahannum

Q: If a Muslim says that they just want to die and go to hell. Does that constitute kufar? Does their nikah break?

Bismillaah

A: He is an ignorant person, perhaps mentally challenged. A person in the right frame of mind does not speak like this.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
