Q: Are you allowed to participate in other activities e.g. going on your mobile phone whilst listening to a students Qur’an?

Bismillaah

A: No. While listening to the Qur’an, one’s full attention should be focused towards the recitation.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
