Q: My husband did not have a job and I also don’t have a job. It was very difficult for us to manage things as we have three daughters for their fees and every thing we are not able to manage. We tried a lot to find a good job. Now I got a job from a facebook company. The job is that whatever people post, nude and ponography pictures, and videoes, we have to to stop that from being displayed. This is a good job as we stop this things from people and socity. But I’m confused wether my job is halaal or not because I have to see all these things daily. So is it permissible in Islam because I’m in a very bad situation. Now I’m facing alot of difficulty in my life. There will be no money for food. Also, we have to borrow money from others in this situation. What should I do? Shall I join or not?
A: Deleting any pornography is permissible, in fact good work.
