Me and my father are involved in export of frozen meat. Sometimes we have to show interest amount while paying taxes. Now just let me know if it is lawful for us to show because Alhamdulillah we ourselves abstain ourselves from getting or paying interest.

There is no harm only in showing the interest money, but it is haram to use the interest money.
