Do I need to perform ablution after touching a female patient if it is medically necessary?

I am a doctor. If I touch a female patient for extreme necessary whether I have to do ablution after that since I am in ablution state?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 1895/1150/D=1432)

Wudhu does not break by touching a female patient or by checking her pulse.
