Asslamu alay kum janab MUFTI SAHIB !Our qu. is that at the time of tulu aftab when imam sahab announced that no time due for salah. what’s the reason behind this? why we can’t do prayer at this time.

(Fatwa: 1035/968=B/1430)
It is mentioned in hadith that performing salah in three times is unlawful: (1) time of sunrise (2) time of zawal (midday) (3) time of sunset. While, it is mentioned in another hadith, the time of sunrise is the time of worship for Satan.
