As per my company’s policy,I can claim Rs 200/- without any bill while going back home at night. But, I come to office by auto in the afternoon for Rs 30/- and I go back home by Cab fo Rs 10/-. I claim Rs 40/-(30 10) per day for transport fare. Please let me know whether is it permissible or not.

In the question mentioned above, it is lawful for you to take only as much amount as you spent in fare. It is not lawful to take extra amount by telling a lie.
