Are you eligible for Qasr in New Delhi if you don’t stay more than 15 days?

I work in New Delhi and my hometown is Aligarh which is around 130 kms away from New Delhi. I visit my place once a week and sometimes once in two weeks. So I wanted to confirm that whether I am eligible for Qasr in New Delhi since I am not staying more than 15 days here?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1842/1091/D=1432)

When you intend to stay in Delhi less than fifteen days you will do qasr in fardh salah if you offer them individually.
