Asalamoalaikum. Is it permissible to sell human bones for medical studies nd if not dn wht shud a person do wid the bones already present.
Answer:
(Fatwa: 364/333=B/1430)
Human being is respectable with all his body parts, as Allah says: ?And We bestowed dignity on the children of Adam.? (17:70) Therefore, selling the human bones are unlawful, the bones should be buried in graveyard after digging a pit.
