Please tell me to get success in examination, which is not qualifying the exams?

Read يا أرحم الراحمين extensively. In-shaAllah, you shall succeed in your exam. Similarly, read the below dua extensively:
رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْماً
رَبِّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي
