Will fasting & Eid prayers be required on 13 Oct in India if arriving from Saudi Arab on 12 Oct?

Assalam Alekum The 30Ramazan OR Ead-ul-Fitr in Saudi Arab will be on Friday 12th Oct While in India 30Ramazan OR Ead will be on Saturday 13 Oct. 1)If a person Fast 30Ramazan OR attends Ead prayers in Saudi Arab on 12 Oct,then travel and reach India on 13Oct (i.e.30Ramazan for India),Is he required to Fast on 13 Oct in India and attend Ead prayers?

This person should observe 30th fast and Eid prayers according to India though he has observed 30th fast and Eid in Saudi Arabia.
