Q: I want to know what is the difference between gunaah, khataa, laghzish, kotaahi and kusoor?

Bismillaah

A: All are the same. Sometimes they have a dual meaning, like the word laghzish and qusoor can also refer to a mistake, and a mistake does not have to be a sin.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
