Is it better to bury someone before Friday prayers despite the short time?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftisays.com
if a person dies just before noon on friday; is it better to bury
him/her before friday prayers when many people can join or hurry in burying the dead;- even if there is short tome to friday prayers?

Answer
Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

If a person dies at such a time where the burial that will be done, will make one miss their Jumu’ah Salah, then one should delay the Janazah Salah and burial after praying the Jumu’ah Salah. Likewise, if any Fara’idh Salah is being feared missed, then one should pray the Fardh Salah and the Sunnats first.

However, if one has enough time to pray the Salate Janazah and perform the burial but, waits for the people to arrive for the congregational prayers, thus delaying the Salate Janazah and the burial, then this is disliked and not correct. And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
