Can Muslims call non-Muslims as brothers and sisters as human beings? Please provide the reference to the Holy Qur’an or Ahadith if there are any?

On human ground, there is no wrong in calling them as brothers. In the Quran, Allah has called prophet as the brother of his peoples: والی عاد اخاھم ھودا
