My elder brother is only praying Jumuah salah, he do not pray any other salah. He does not go to Masjid for any salah even if he does not have any work. He just attends Jumuah salah but I am very punctual to any salah. And I have read many nafl salah for my brother’s hidayah from Allah but I do not have any result. Is there any practice just like reading surah Yasin for 40 days or any other dua or surah from Quran for asking Allah to my brother’s hidayah? What should I do?

Keep on supplicating for him and recite the following ayah forty times and blow it on water and give that water to him and ask him to drink it daily once:
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَالّاً فَهَدَى
Allah (Subhana Wa Ta’ala) knows Best
