salam alaikum mufti sahab my question to you is that is it allowed in islam to burn animals like snakes or scorpion if they are arond us.many pple say it is allowed to kill snakes as they are such animals who harm to us. my second question is that is is allowed to eat the meat of those animals who are killed by hunting?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1990/H=610-H=1431)
(1) It is makrooh to burn them, but you can kill them.
(2) The halal wild animals, if they are hunted it is lawful to eat their meat provided they are hunted keeping in view all the conditions of hunting.
