If taking commission on zakah money, halal as you see many Maulana come to collect zakah, fitrah and sadaqah money from all over India to Gujarat for various Darul Ulooms. They collect our money and the respective madrasa gives them commission from this zakah money. Please answer if it is halal or bidat etc?

During hajj 2013-last day in Ihram, one woman hit her wheel chair at back of my foot and I got minor wound with blood come out. I asked Hajj fellows and they suggested that it was not your mistake still you give sadqah, which I have given around 3000 Pak rupees. Kindly guide me further and pray for me.

My grandfather was died 3 days back, he was suffering various diseases before he died and last 3 months he was bed retain. I want to know is there any kaffarah we have to pay for his salah/namaz which was not prayed by him on those days. If we should pay what is the calculation?

In my childhood, my uncle gave me some money to be used in sadqa, which I used for my personal use. Later, when it comes to my mind, I give the sadqa again. Is the sadqa valid? And will the gunah still left on me?

My uncle passed away on 24-8-2013 and my family members read fatiha on the 3rd day and give food for relatives who came for the funeral. Is this allowed in Islam? Can we give food?

(1) Is it sunnah to hug three times/one time and say Eid Mubarak when we meet Muslim brothers after Eid prayers? (2) Is it sunnah to go for meeting elders after Eid prayers, to say Eid Mubarak and for Eid mulaqat. Please clarify both the points and tell me what the correct method is on the day of Eid.
