Can a husband be forced to divorced by father-inl-law in unaviodable circumtances, where he has not option but to divorce his wife? circumtances can exterme in which there may be a danger to anyone’s life. Is such forceful divorce valid ?

How long zawal times remain? We pray jumuah before zuhur time in our masjid and masjid committe says they follow hanbali fiqh which allows to pray jumuah…

Salam How long zawal times remain?? We pray jumuah before zuhur time in our masjid and masjid committe says they follow hanbali fiqh which allows to pray jumuah before zuhur time. So the  jumuah iqamah is at 12:45 pm and zuhur time starts at 1:05 pm . The masjid committe is not ready to change… read more »
