Performing tahajjud without performing esha salaah

Answered by Muftionline.co.za

Q: Is Tahajjud accepted when we did not offer Isha Namaaz? A: Yes. It is the sign of weak understanding that a person does not perform his esha namaaz. Esha needs to be performed first and thereafter tahajjud. And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.   Answered by: Mufti Ebrahim Salejee (Isipingo Beach) Source

If someone joins the namaaz in second rakat qaida and as soon as he sits with jamaat in qaida imam stands up for third rakaat before that person completes the attaihat…….so now should he finish his attaiyat and than stand up or he should follow imam and stant up for third rakat with imam sahab without completing attaiyat.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (Fatwa: 939/705=H)   One should first complete Al-tahiyaat and then stand up for third rakat, but one should recite it as quickly as one can join the Imam before rukoo. Allah knows Best! Darul Ifta,Darul Uloom Deoband Source

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (Fatwa: 1537/1027/L=11/1434) If the place where his body is lying is free from impurity then he may offer salah in that condition.
