I got married and had a 2 years old daughter. After marriage I come to know about the affairs of my wife. But I warned and excused her many times. Recently I come to about her new affair. So I prepared myself completely and gave talaq to her by visiting Qazaat Office and completed total procedure guided by Qazi and Pronounced “Talaaq, Talaaq, Talaaq” in front of Qazi and 2 witnesses. I prepared a notice and Sent to my wife’s house along with the DD’s of mahr amount and iddah period amount, but “she did not took it”. I also took divorce certificate from Wakf Board, Hyderabad, India. Is my nikah valid or not? Now I want to accept (ruju) my wife because of my 2 years daughter. What is the procedure of re-accepting my wife? I heard that if we pronounce talaq for 3 times or number of times at a time, it will be treated as 1 talaq only. Is this correct according to sunni-Hanafi teachings?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (Fatwa: 1373/1053/D=11/1434) In the above mentioned case three talaqs took place on the wife and their nikah came to an end completely. Now it is not lawful to marry her without a Shariah halalah, rather it is haram. قال فى العالمكيرى وان كان...
