Mufty Sahab, please tell us about the Salat-u-salam that people read before or after the Azan. If it is permissible then what is the proper way of doing so.

I have to ask you about the Salat-u-Salam (Daru-e-pak) specifically,”Assalat-u-assalam-u-Allaka yaa Rassullallah, Wasallam Allaka yaa Rassullallah/ Khabiballah” before or after the Azan (for five times prayers). Conditions of covering of the private parts (Satar), wadu, taharat, etc, for salah and, naturally, leading salah are too well emphasized by the Holy Prophet (pbuh) in many Ahadith.
