Is it considered unlawful slander to call a little child evil or unruly?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Yes, it is considered unlawful slander to call a little child naughty because even if he is little, calling him evil or unruly is still degrading to him, except if there is a need to say he is naughty, such as giving advice to a person who needs to know that because he can be harmed by dealing with such a child.
