Salam alaikum,
if one has qadha-prayers of many years, what would be the bare minimum of prayer what one should say or do according to any Scholar or opinion in the School?

Walaikumussalam.
According to the madhhab, you can make them up by keeping to the wajib only, without any extra recommended supplications or actions.
And according to Shaykhu-l Islam ibn Taymiyyah and others one should repent to Allah for the great sin they have comitted and stick to their prayers from now on, although they do not have to make them up.
