Q. Is it permissible to smoke Marijuana if it does not intoxicate a person?
A. The smoking of drugs such as Marijuana, Cocaine, Opium, etc. are Haraam (forbidden) in Islam even if it does not intoxicate a person. (Raddul Muhtaar)
