Asalamu alaykum wrwbru, when I was in 6th grade, I had waswasa.My family always talked about my marriage in the future. I would always think of my wedding and then all of a sudden make a dua saying “Oh Allah if I say I do/qabool/I accept on my wedding day then don’t make it valid”. Then I would say “astaghfirullah for me making that dua”. And then all of a sudden I would say “no Allah whatever phrase I will use on my wedding day DO NOT except it and don’t let this dua change due to any other dua or even if I say astaghfirullah” This would have go on for 3+ minutes .Now that I am older I realize how stupid I was. Is my dua accepted? I did go through puberty back then. If this dua is accepted is there anyway around it?

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta‘ala is the only one whoknows if your duahas been accepted or not. However nothing got affected by saying what you have said.
