when i masturbate i bring to mind the thought that Iblis has put his genital organ inside the vagina or anus of billions of people by making them eternal inhabitant of hell through his countless deceptions and this dramatically increases the quantity of pleasure.
in my country when someone tricks somebody, we say <> or he has poked him, meaning he has poked his genital organ inside him. or<< he has plunged him>> meaning he has plunged his genital organ inside him, or<< he has embroiled him>> meaning he has embroiled his genital organ inside him. Have i commited a sin that is kufr,major, minor, or no sin at all. please describe different scenarios of bringing bad thoughts to mind deliberately and scale of sin(kufr,major,minor,or no sin at all). When are sins of the heart kufr, major and minor.

A person does not become a kafir(disbeliever) however it is considered gunah-e-kabeerah(grave sin). Such a sin is perpetrated only as a result of falling trap to the nafs and shaitan. One should make utmost effort to refrain from it and perform firm repentance. Rasulullah Sallallaho Alyhi Wasallamhas called the perpetrator of such a sin as mal‘oon(the one who is cursed).
ناکح الید معلون
Translation: The one who masturbates is mal‘oon.
