Assalamualaikum,
What is the way to enter into the house. Left feet first or the right one? Similarly, when going out should a person take right feet out first or left feet?

The masnoon way to enter the house is the following:
- Announce your arrival by clearing the throat a bit (or make such a sound) before entering the house so the family members inside are aware that you are coming.
- Say salaam while entering the house.
- Enter the house while reciting this dua:
اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ خَیْرَ الْمَوْلِجِ وَخَیْرَالْمَخْرَجِ، بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ وَلَجْنَا، وَبِسْمِ اللہِ خَرَجْنَا، وَعَلیَ اللہِ رَبِّنَا تَوَکَّلْنَا۔ (سنن أبي داؤد:رقم : ۵۰۹۶ )
- Enter with the right foot first.
کان النبی ﷺ یحب التیمن ما استطاع(صحیح بخاری: ۴۱۶)
Similarly while exiting the house:
- Say salaam.
- Exit with the left foot first.
- Recite the du’aa of exiting the house.
- In some narrations it is mentioned to pray two rakaats after entering and before exiting the house. This protects a person from grief and distress.
عن أبي ہریرۃ رضي اللہ عنہ عن النبي صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قال : إذا دخلت منزلک فصلِّ رکعتین تمنعانک مدخلَ السُّوئِ، وإذا خرجتَ من منزلک فصل رکعتین تمنعانک مخرجَ السُّوء۔ (المسند للإمام البزار، مجمع الزوائد ۲؍۵۷۲)
