This question is from one of my friend. He says that his wife sucks his private part sometimes him knowing it and sometimes not knowing it, sometimes in play and sometimes while he is sleeping. So he spoke to his wife a couple of times that it is unhealthy. But still, his wife likes to do so. What should he do in this case where his wife, by her own will, wants to do it and requests him for that? Should he take some serious step on that or is that ok for him to keep quiet?

For the woman to take the private part of the man in her mouth or to kiss it,
- If the impurity is sticking on it or due to taking it in the mouth if the impurity comes out of it and goes in the mouth then it is not permissible
- If the impurity is not sticking on it then still this action Makrooh.
This way is similar to the way of the animals. Hayaa (modesty) has been declared important department of Eemaan(Faith). الحیاء شعبة من الإیمان Hazrat ‘Aeshah رضي الله عنها says that neither I saw the private part of Nabi صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم nor Nabi صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم saw my private part. It’s the demand of the فطرت سلیمہ (Fitrat e Saleemah) that one should stay away from this action, however, if the woman due to the effect of the غلبہٴ شہوت (overcoming of the sexual desire) happens to do it then it is not forbidden either, however, it’s better to avoid (stay away from) it.
It comes in فتاویٰ عالمگیری (Fatawa Alamgiri):
فی النوازل اذا ادخل الرجل ذکرہ فی فم امرأتہ قد قیل یکرہ وقد قیل بخلافہ کذا فی الذخیرۃ (عالمگیری ج۶ ص ۲۴۶ کتاب الکراھیۃ الباب الثلثون فی المتفرقات)
