Concentration in prayer

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

sometimes when praying salah alone, my mind drifts to worldly matters for a few seconds even though I am reciting salah. e.g. half way thru fatiha. then when I reach the surah, I fear I may have not ended fatiha correctly. or during second sajdah, I wonder if the first one had the tasbihs read correct what do you do in such situations? ignore the drifts and carry on? or start again?
