I would like to know what niyat should one do for praying salat-al-tasbeeh and salat-al-hajah ? are they both nafl namaz ? and can we pray them anytime we want to, or is there any specific time we can pray them and earn more rewards from allah ? also, can we pray them at tahajjud time ?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
