Saying Ameen loudly for Hanafis

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by SunniPath Answer Service Team

I am a hanafi and was wondering whether it is permissible to say ‘ameen’ during prayers loudly, as opposed to the traditiona hanafi position of saying it quietly according to my knowledge. Am I allowed to say it loudly, and if not then why so as according to hadeeth there seems to be stronger evidence for saying it loudly, in my eyes that saying ameen loudly during prayers is more rewarded than saying it quietly. What is the current hanafi verdict on this issue?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
