Zakat/ sadqa fitr to Hindus?

We live in India and all our domestic helpers are Hindus.Can we give zakat /sadqa fitr to poor hindus? Or is it mandatory to give it to Muslims?

This request, in its exhaustiveness, is beyond the scope of our Answers service.

Zakat al-Fitr may be given to non-Muslims in the Hanafi school; but Zakat itself can’t. (Ibn Abidin, Radd al-Muhtar)

And Allah alone gives success.
