Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah’s guidance)

Medical insurance is forbidden since it includes high risk, interest and gambling. Therefore, any kind of commercial insurance is not allowed.

If the employer of this company requires you to accept insurance and you can not avoid it by any means then resign from your job. You should believe that all means of livelihood are in the Hands of Allah. Allah Ta’ala Says : “And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allah will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allah has set a measure for all things.”[65: 3].

And Only Allah Ta’ala Knows Best.
