Answer
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
Answer 1:

A person is not allowed to marry his sister-in-law (wife’s sister) if he is still married to his wife or he divorced his wife and she is in her iddat as it is prohibited to join two sisters in one marriage. If the wife is deceased or divorced and finished her iddat it will be permissible to marry the sister-in-law (wife’s sister).

Additionally, it is permissible for a man to marry his sister-in-law i.e. deceased brother’s widow or brother’s divorced wife after she had finished her iddat as long as he does not exceeds the number of wives permitted by shariah.

Answer 2:
A person is not allowed to see his deceased wife unncessarily or kiss her wife after she had died. والله أعلم
